Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Because we operate under a dropshipping model, most products are shipped directly from our international suppliers (such as in China, the United States, or Europe).

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–20 business days

• Brazil and Latin America: 15–35 business days

• Other Countries: 10–30 business days

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will usually be processed by Thursday or Friday and shipped shortly after.

Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number sent by email once the package is shipped. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update.

Delays and Customs

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or international shipping conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or postal service issues, but we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.
